General Information
Payment
Full payment is due on arrival.
We accept cheques/credit cards/debit cards/£’s sterling
as payment.
(Please note that you will be charged a 3% booking fee when using a credit
card).
Cancellations
More than 7 days notice – no charge.
7 days or less – you will be charged the full cost of your booking.
Check-in times
You are able to check in between 2 pm and 8 pm. Later
than 8 pm or earlier than
2 pm, please telephone Crescent Guest House
to advise when you will be arriving.
Check-out times
Rooms must be vacated by 10 am.
All rooms are checked upon departure. Any damages/missing items will be charged accordingly.
Car Parking
We offer on street parking permits. Please enquire on arrival.
Smoking
We have a no smoking policy throughout the guesthouse. Please
respect this
for the comfort of all our guests.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on the premises (except guide dogs).
